
I haven't done this in a minute, hell I even forgot I had this site. However, I figured I would let everyone in on my journey through the next 60 days of this Insanity Workout Plan!!!!
First, let me introduce myself AGAIN- My name is Gregg or BG, I'm a 27 yr old who is either a Gemini or Cancer- June 21 (lol) and I decided to do this Insanity workout after constant deliberation about that, the gym, P90X or just staying fat... I have to give some shout outs to Rhea from work, my cousin Tim and myself for wanting to be sexier!!! I am 5 feet, 11 and 3/4 inches and am currently 247.4 lbs and my goal is 200-215. And according to my BMI(Body Mass Index) I am OBESE!!!!! LMAO I need to go down 10 points on the scale, so wish me luck!
I will come back every so often to blog my daily success, give recipes and tell how grooling the workout was for that day! If I don't come back EVERY day, I'll compile the days I missed and go from there. I'm also doing some vlogging which may be done anywhere, about anything that deals with my cravings, wanting to give up or whatever.
Feel free to add your comments-good and bad, motivation, recipes- preferably under 500 calories, but if they are more, I will scale them down to make them benefit me and you, if you'd like to try the new recipe!!!!
